Pricing questions, answered
How do the free AI extensions work?
Everyone gets 2 free AI song extensions per day, no account needed. The limit resets every 24 hours. All the browser-side tools (sped up, slowed and reverb, nightcore, 8D, speed changer, prompt and lyrics generators) are unlimited and free for everyone.
What counts as an extension?
One extension = one AI-generated continuation of a track you upload. If you re-run the same song with different settings, each run counts as one extension, since each run generates new audio.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro isn't working out, email hello@songtoolbox.tools within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it, no questions asked.
How do I access Pro after paying?
There's no account to create. After checkout, open the AI Song Extender and enter the same email you used to pay in the Pro box on that page. We check it against your subscription and unlock unlimited extensions on that device.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, in about a minute. Open the Creem customer portal (there's a link in your receipt email) and cancel there. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem processes your payment securely and takes care of taxes and receipts; we never see your card details.
